Which treatment is right for me?
A consultation explores your symptoms, goals, medical history and alternatives. Online descriptions are education, not a recommendation for a particular procedure.
What happens at the first consultation?
Your clinician reviews concerns, previous treatment, medications, allergies and relevant results. They explain any examination, testing or referral needed before discussing treatment and a written quote.
Can I start virtually?
Appropriate consultations and results reviews can take place virtually while you are physically in Ontario. Hands-on treatments and required examinations happen in person at an appropriate participating location.
Do I need bloodwork or a referral?
Not everyone needs the same tests. Your clinician decides what is appropriate. Ask the team whether a referral is required for the specific clinician or service you need.
Is every treatment available at both locations?
No. Services, equipment, treating professionals and appointments differ by clinic. Ask your chosen Oshawa or Kitchener location to confirm the actual service and provider. Partnership or expansion discussions do not establish additional operating locations.
What will treatment cost?
Request an itemized written quote showing the treatment, product quantities, number of visits, follow-up, taxes and additional charges. Working package and model prices are not confirmed public offers.
What is included in membership?
Review the current MAMBA and Unlimited descriptions together with the signed agreement. Allowances, eligible services, intervals and clinic availability apply. Unlimited does not mean unrestricted injectables or every treatment.
Are medications or laboratory fees additional?
They are separate unless expressly included in your written agreement. The team explains which program or coordination services are covered and what is billed separately.
Can I receive treatment without membership?
Ask the team about a standalone consultation or treatment quote. Clinical suitability applies whether or not you choose a membership.
What preparation or downtime should I expect?
It depends on the procedure, area, product or device and your medical history. Obtain specific preparation, activity restrictions, expected recovery and aftercare instructions from your treating clinician.
How are follow-up appointments arranged?
Your clinician specifies the review interval and testing requirements. The coordinator helps with booking and further referrals where appropriate; contact the team for changes, side effects or refill needs.
How is my information handled?
The team uses the information you submit to respond to your request and support care. Ask for the clinic’s current privacy notice, consent options, record-access process and approved way to send sensitive records. Do not send medical records in an initial general inquiry.
What are the booking, cancellation and refund terms?
Request the current terms for your specific appointment, treatment, model offer or membership before payment. Deposit use, refunds, cancellations, rescheduling and renewal must be confirmed in writing; terms from a different offer should not be assumed to apply.
How do I contact the team?
Use Our Clinics for clinic details and help with appointments. Patients can complete the online assessment without accessing a portal. Email and text messages are not emergency services.
When should I seek urgent help?
Do not wait for an online screening or clinic message for an emergency. Call 911 for severe or life-threatening symptoms. An erection lasting more than four hours, sudden severe genital pain, or sudden vision changes or severe pain after filler needs urgent medical assessment.
